Location

Ngculwini Nazarene clinic is one of the clinics under Swaziland health institntions. It is

one of four Nazarene clinics situated in the Manzini Region. It was constructed way back

in 1965 by a missionary called Bevery thus it is popularly known as ka Bheveli. The clinic

is about 20 kilometers from Manzini and about 15minutes drive. The clinic is under the

Mafutseni inkundla, under chief Logcogco, Manyeva and Mgebiseni. The catclnnent

areas entail: Ngculwini, Lesibovu, Mantshonga, Siphula, Ndlandlarneni, Mtfongwaneni,

Luhlokohla. The catclnnent population is 10168. The clinic currently has an

establishment of I nursing sister, 3 nurse midwives, 1 nursing assistant, 1 maid, and 2

expect clients.

Mission

Ngculwini Nazarene clinic under Swaziland Health Institutions seeks to improve the

health statns of all men, women, and children through provision of preventive, promotive

and rehabilitative quality services in line with the National Health policy of the Ministry

of Health and Swaziland Nazarene Health Institutions. Ngculwini will strive to make sure

that services are consistently improving the healthcare delivery system by concentrating

on access, equity, efficacy, quality and sustainability.

Ngculwini Nazarene clinic excels through quality services by highly

motivated staff by 2017.

As February is considered as a month of Love, Ngculwini Clinic focused Health Promotion on couple Counselling and Testing. Couples who tested during the month of February received presents such as coffee mugs and pens.

 

On another note Ngculwini clinic has been earmarked to pilot decentralisation of Diabetes Mellitus services. Nurses have been oriented on the subject and logistics preparations are at an advanced stage. The first batch of clients will be down referred to the clinic on7th May .This activity will assist in decongesting RFM Hospital which has a high volume of patients with the condition.
